• Integrated ticketing tools: When you push a bug report to a third-party ticketing or project management tool you've connected to your account (such as Jira, Linear, Monday, or ClickUp), we transmit the report to that tool, including your email address, the associated screen recording or screenshot, and any other content captured on your screen or submitted with the report. By connecting an integration and pushing a report, you consent to this transfer. Once received, that data is handled under the receiving tool's own privacy policy

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Regular security assessments and penetration testing
• Access controls and authentication requirements for our team

Screen recordings and screenshots you capture through the Service are held in temporary storage on our servers solely to enable delivery to the third-party ticketing tool or recipient you push the report to. Once that delivery is complete, we permanently delete the recording or screenshot from our database. We do not retain long-term copies of this content ourselves — your report history retains the associated text, metadata, and AI analysis, but not the underlying recording or screenshot file. We may retain this content for longer where necessary to investigate a report of illegal or harmful content, comply with a legal obligation, or respond to a law enforcement request, as described in our Terms of Service.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
