Yes. Eligible newly confirmed personal and team-owner accounts automatically receive 3 AI analyses, 3 translations, 10 reports, and 1 AI Report Link. There is no credit card and no expiration date. Personal tryouts include one seat; team tryouts include two.
No. It is a one-time allowance rather than a recurring free plan. Analyses, translations, reports, and AI Report Link usage are counted independently, so using one allowance does not consume another.
It is granted automatically to eligible newly confirmed direct signups, including new personal accounts and team owners. Existing confirmed accounts and people accepting a team invitation do not receive a separate allowance.
Only that capability stops. Your report history and unused allowances stay available. Upgrade whenever the workflow fits and your paid plan starts with fresh recurring quotas.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect from your next billing cycle.
Yes. A 30-day partial refund guarantee applies to Blue, Green, Blue Team, and Green Team plans. If you're not satisfied, we refund your subscription minus the cost of services you actually used during that period. Pink Team plans offer demo accounts instead so you can evaluate the platform before committing.
You'll receive a notification when approaching your plan's report limit — 100 for Blue, 200 for Green, 500 for Blue Team, and 1000 for Green Team. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Existing reports remain accessible regardless.
